Sales Policy

We at ModernLock.com are pleased to be able to offer to our e-commerce customers, a large variety of commercial locking hardware from major manufacturers. Offering both innovation and integrity in there product lines. At a great price!

Our policy is simple, we will ship any lock ordered, to any of the continental United States. Shipping charges will be assessed on any orders under $750.00. We may also include shipping charges levied upon us for the delivery and set up of safes.

Our return policy is as follows: We will accept returns for any reason with a return request made within 15 days of receipt of package. We will charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any item not defective and returned as "not wanted or not what expected"

We must be notified by e-mail for the return and the return must be authorized and have a RTE.#. If the return does not have an RTE. # it will be refused and returned to you! Please return packages via ups or registered mail. Any package sent by you but not received by us will not be refunded, you must have proof of delivery

All item must be returned in exact packaging as it was shipped and all contents must also be included in package. All returns must have a RTE. #. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any package that is returned missing parts or instructions will be assessed charges, or may be refused and return by us. If Payment is made by personal check it may take up to 4 weeks for mailed refund of check. A payment made with credit card will be re-funded upon receipt of returned goods but only after an inspection of all parts as been done.
